"Gary came and quoted for carpet for the lounge and vinyl for the kitchen and bathroom. We picked him on the strength of his reviews and were not disappointed.
Gary showed us and left with us sample books so that we could view in different positions and at different times of the day and make our choice. A really good idea and gave us confidence in choosing the right carpet and vinyls for our home.
When measuring up he very helpfully calculated the way of covering the area and minimise the waste. A very helpful and professional way of working. He told us up front what might be in addition to his quote for the possible but unknown issues (to do with the underlay) so there were no surprises.
He came with his sons for the carpet and while we moved all the small objects out of the lounge they moved and replaced the heavier items... much to my relief! We were so impressed that we recommended him to one of our neighbours.
Would I recommend him if asked? Without a doubt. When I need more carpet I won't hesitate to go back to Gary."
